District 5-SW Governor Lion Janice Wagner (center) made the trip from Hot Springs to Belle Fourche last Saturday (6/15/13) to present the club with a plaque honoring it for its website. Receiving the award for the club is webmaster Lion Larry Miller. The award was made during a very busy time for the club -- the All Car Rally at Herrmann Park in Belle Fourche.
